A speaker series focusing on effective urban planning and its impact on quality of life, Voices of Vision was highly successful, evoking critical discussion on the future of Town Center Columbia. Four experts from the fields of architecture, land use policy and development, and the arts attracted more than 500 interested participants to the four presentations, held at Howard Community College in late 2006 and early 2007.

"We are extremely pleased with the participation in the lecture series. The perspectives of these experts are of great value now in our discussions on the future of Town Center," said Douglas M. Godine, General Manger of Columbia.

Voice of Vision was co-sponsored by General Growth Properties, Inc. and Howard Community College.

Coming in 2008 - another Voices of Vision speaker series featuring experts in the areas of urban planning, architecture and more. Check back for more information.
