Howard County Planning Board Hearings Process
In December, 2008, the Howard County Planning Board started its process of reviewing the proposed plans for downtown Columbia. It held numerous meetings, which included public testimony to vet the downtown plan that was submitted by GGP and reviewed by the County Department of Planning and Zoning. View public testimony
