Howard County Planning Board Continues Work Session on ZRA 113

The Howard County Planning Board is continuing its pubic work sessions on ZRA 113 and the General Plan Amendment for the future of downtown Columbia, Maryland. The next public work session is scheduled for June 25, 2009.

At the work session on March 19, 2009, General Growth Properties (GGP) submitted additional testimony. View testimony here. Since December, the Planning Board has held numerous sessions, which included public testimony, to vet the downtown plan which was submitted by GGP and evaluated by the Department of Planning and Zoning. Below you read the supplemental documents submitted by GGP on January 22, 2009.
